各人に更新メンドクサイとか言わせない方向が難しいのでしょうか（笑）

「（仮）宣言」ご苦労様です。
朝妻さんの出自の話から始まるとは思ってもいませんでしたが、「宣言」ってなるとやはりまず自分の背景や基盤として立っている立ち位置を踏まえた上で始めないとならないのかもしれませんね。というより、前の選挙のときにやたらとマニフェストが流行りましたが、どうもあれらが空々しく見えたのはまさにそうした基盤の見えないマニフェストだったからなのかもしれません。私のブログのコメントスペースで rattlehead さんが「恋愛結婚したい」と言われてたように全てがお見合い的予定調和のうちにおさまらない（つまり「出会い」だけを目的化してない）ネットワークが作れれば、朝妻さんの書かれる 『何かが違う』靄が晴れてくるのでしょうね。

実は私自身利用したことがないので推奨まではできないのですが、最近ではブログ（Movable Type）の発展形態ともいえる「XOOPS」なるPHP言語を用いたコミュニティサイト構築用ソフトというのが出て来ていて、ひょっとするとそうしたツールを利用してブログと連携させながらネットワークを作っていくと、我々が妄想してる世界が現実化してくるのかもしれません。

おそらく「XOOPS」以外にもこうした選択肢は幾つかありそうなのでもっと研究＆考察が必要ですが、とりあえず今、集い始めてる家づくり仲間達でこうしたコミュニティを開設してブログと連携させながらネットワークの可能性について話していきつつコミュニティを膨らませていくという方法はアリ？かもしれません。それと私自身もちょっとこの「XOOPS」をいじってみたい気もあります（ま、今は忙しくてすぐには取り掛かれそうにないんですが）。

というのがあるのを今日知ったのですが、こういう感じになるのでしょうか？
これだと、自分のパートナーを探すのはなかなか大変そうに感じました。
また、以前からもあるインターネットコンペというのも、責任の所在、参加資格、施主の本気度、など、なんか掴みどころが無くて下手をすると無法地帯になってしまいそうで当初から私は納得できません。
ちょっとした工夫で何か違う形の、本当に有効なものができそうな気がするのですが・・・。

＞更新が面倒くさい
は絶対に起きる問題です。
何を隠そう、わが　teamhappy　のblogも複数の人が更新できるようになっているにもかかわらず、私をはじめみんなサボってしまっています。唯一、更新してくれるのはoybin304さんだけという状況です。
garaikaさんのいう自然発生的が理想ですが、それもまた、どうすればいいのか？
なんか、ものすごーく長いトンネルへ入っていこうとしている気がしてきました。
うん？出口はあるのかな？（笑）

私はまだ体系立てて考えられていないのですが、ブレーンストーミング的にいくつかの断片的なシーンを想定してみました。

・ 施主予備軍にblogを立ち上げさせたくなる運動を起こす
とにかく母数が大きくなると可能性が広がる。特に、ビルダーや建築家サイドが家づくりの面白さを訴えることによって施主予備軍のブロガー化を促すというのはどうか。最初のうちは、3－5年くらいの計画で家を建てようとしている施主候補を何とか説得して、頼んででもblogを立ち上げてもらうようなことも必要かも。
あるいは、建築家と家を建てることをほぼ決めているが、どのように探せばいいかわからない施主を対象に、雑誌メディアで企画を打ってもらう。「blogを立ち上げて、一から家に対する想い、条件を書き込んでいけば、あなたに合いそうな建築家を紹介します」というようなもの。
・ blogどうしを出会わせる世話役の存在
施主予備軍のblogが立ち上がってくれば、施主予備軍どうしを引き合わせたり、建築家のblogを紹介したりして、まずは緩やかにネットワークを作っていく役割を担う。施主の、言葉で表しにくい想いを建築語に翻訳してあげるような存在もいたらいい。
・ トラックバックの応酬ができるグループの生成
「恋愛」希望をイメージして、共有のテーマをもつ施主予備軍、建築家を集め、合コンのようにトラックバック合戦をする。そこにはアレンジャーのような存在がいるとなおいい。
・ ｂｌｏｇのアーカイブ室
ブロガー間の価値のあるやりとりを保管、あるいは直リンクした部屋。リアルタイムで繰り広げられているやりとりを入れてもいい。

ちなみに私、試しに自サーバにインストールしてみました。
到底５分では出来るようなもんではなく、さらに中の設定がかなり細かくて上記お伝えしたようなサイト形態に持って行くまでにもかなりの時間は必要そうですが、ちょっと仕事の気分転換とかで弄ってみて運用可能なようでしたら、改めてお知らせします。
と言いますか、本気でやるってことになるのなら、ドメイン取るか、teamhappy の中でやった方がいいのかもしれませんね。

コンペ、思えば最初に頼んでいた友人建築家は海外在住だったもので、現場まわりで動ける同じ設計事務所あがりの建築家と共同設計という形でやらせてほしいということで基本設計は始まったのですが、打合せの度にいつも２案図面が提出されて、それがまさにコンペ状態でした（笑）

でも、正直そうしたコンペだけで建築家との相性を施主が見抜くというのはなかなかに難しいんだろうなという気がします。相性は図面だけの問題じゃないですからね。

はじめまして。谷中Ｍ類栖というブログをやってる m-louis と言います。
たまたま朝妻さんのこのエントリーから家づくりネットワークへと話が広がり、Xoops の一事例として awasokkenさんのサイト URL を記載しておりました。
あくまで私、m-louis 個人のコメントであり、このブログ主催者朝妻さんとは直接関係を持たないコメントだったことをご理解いただければと思います。

尚、言い訳のようにはなってしまいますが、「サイトデザイン的なところは置いておいて」と書いてしまっていた理由は、Xoops ってデフォルトテンプレートでデザインされてしまってる要素が強すぎるため、相当な改造をしないとその基本デザインフォーマットから抜け出ることができません。その意味で当時、awasokkenさんやもう一つ例示していたサイトがまだ Xoops のベースデザインに準拠した状態だったので、そのような表現となってしまっておりました。

その後、デザインを変えられたとのことで、Xoops 臭さがかなり抜けたように拝見しております。ただ、本質的にawasokkenさんが仰るように「ただ単に会社のサイトを作るのは芸がないと思いXOOPSを使って何ができるか」というのは素晴らしい着眼点だと思っております。私も朝妻さんたちと何らかのネットワークを構築するのに Xoops がその一手段であることは検討のうちにあるのですが、まだそこから一歩先に踏み込めずにいます。

Awa Sokken さんのサイトはそうした参考事例としても今後の活躍を期待しておりますので、ときどき遊びに寄らせていただくつもりです。私のコメントによって不愉快な思いをされたと思いますところ、この場を借りてお詫び致します。
そして今後ともどうぞよろしくお願いします。

　方法論は時代と共に変化していくけれど、本質は　いつの世も変わらないんだろうな・・・

　施主の情報は　ベースメント殿　の存在を一般に知ってもらえれば、自然とどっさり集まってくるような気がします。　私みたいのがいっぱいいると思う。

　私がアクセスしたキッカケは　雑誌で知ったことでした。

　でも、いっぱい施主から依頼が舞い込んで、今の　個々に重点をおいたベースメントさんのやり方が　機能しきれなくなる事のほうが　気になるな・・・。
