家づくりの依頼先探しで ちょっと思ったこと
私は、十数年間、家づくりの依頼先探しのお手伝いをしている。
とても責任重大な仕事だと、日々実感している。
施主の皆様にしてみたら、これほどプレッシャーを感じる
決断は長い人生の中でも、そう何度もないことであろう。
仕事で動かすお金の大きさについては、職種によっても違うだろうが
例えば、金融機関にお勤めの方の場合、それこそ何億、何千億というお金を
日常的に動かしている。
でもそれは、いうまでもなく他人のお金、
オンラインの中をその数字だけが移動しているに過ぎない。
例えば、１００円ショップの場合、数の勝負なのか？
一日の売り上げがどのくらいあるのかは分からないが
とても多くの積み重ねで何十万という感じなのだろうか。
商売にかかわらず、それらは仕事として動かすお金。
ところが、家づくりの場合は、全て施主個人のお金。
更に、ほとんどの方が２０年、３０年という長い間返済し続けなくてはならないお金。
重たい！ ズッシリ来る！！
こんなに大きな決断を、一個人がしなくてはならない。
どうしていいの分からなくなる。
そのためには、『住宅展示場』は、十分にその役目を果たしているのであろう。
なんとなく安心を得られることもあるのだろう。
しかし、建築家に依頼したいと思ったときは、展示場はない。
インターネットに頼るのか？
タダ小奇麗に作られた、妙に重たい、ホームページそのものが作品のようなものが
いまだに多い気もする。
それを見ただけでは決められるわけはない。
『 建築家の住宅展示場 』 をつくる！
以前から、考えてはいるが、その実現はやはり困難だ。
巨大なスポンサーでもつけば、話は別だが、
それを望むのは、所詮、無理な話である。
『それならば、せめて・・・』 と思い、今の仕事を始めたのだから
最後まで、やり抜くしかない。
家づくりで、最も重要なことの一つである
『信頼できる人との出会い』のお手伝いをコツコツと続けていくしかない。
初めまして、どこからか辿り着きました。

遅まきながら、私も５年前に三重県に！と
