建築プロデューサー でちょっと思った
Ｙａｈｏｏ！でちょっと検索してみた。
□建築プロデュース ：１，２００，０００件
□建築プロデューサー ： ７９２，０００件
□住宅プロデュース ：１，０７０，０００件
□住宅プロデューサー ： ５６７，０００件
ひゃー！って感じ。
その中で、 『建築プロデュース会社の功罪』 というのを見つけた。
有り得る話だ。
一つの建物をつくるためには、
２０～３０の各専門家が集まって行われる。
その専門家たちも、自分の専門以外のことは、深いところまでは分からない。
それを取りまとめるのが、建築家であり、現場の責任者であり、工務店の社長であり
そして、建築プロデューサーであるはずだ。
私は建築の仕事に携わって２０年とちょっと。
それでもまだ知らないことがたくさんある。
死ぬまでに、どれだけのことを知り得るのだろう？
おそらくは、１００の内の２か３程度なのだろう。
それくらい、建築の世界は底なしに深い。
昨日今日、学校を出た青年ができるほど
建築は甘くはない。
『建築プロデュースって、なんとなく儲かりそうだ。
他人の褌で相撲を取ればいいんだから・・・』
なんて考えではじめる人がいるとしたら
絶対に許せないことだ。
「自分が紹介した人たちが、できないのならば
最後は自分でやってやる！」
それくらいの覚悟がなければ、
建築プロデュースなんて絶対にやってはいけない。
とちょっと思った。

私は建築部材ﾒｰｶｰ(鍵や錠）の営業をやっておる30歳の男です。
これまで一資材ﾒｰｶｰとしての立場を脱し切れていない会社で何か新しい視点での事業をと感じ、色々と考えを巡らす日々を送っています。
この度朝妻様に建築ﾌﾟﾛﾃﾞｭｰｻとしての立場でｱﾄﾞﾊﾞｲｽなどいただければと思い、書き込みいたしました。

建築ﾌﾟﾛﾃﾞｭｰｻｰとしての仕事に大きなプライドを持って望んでおられる朝妻様なら何かｱﾄﾞﾊﾞｲｽを頂けると思い書かせていただきました。
