私のクライアント
一人でも多くの方の家づくりをお手伝いしたいと思い
またまた、広告を何本か出す準備をしています。
その打合せをしていたときのこと
「御社のクライアントって、どういう方が多いのでしょうか？」
との代理店担当者のひとことに対して
これまでの施主たちのことを思い返してみました。
あの方、この方・・・、いろんな方の顔が浮かんできました。
皆さん、どうして私にご依頼頂いたのだろうか？
変形敷地、狭小敷地、厳しい予算・・・、
もちろんそういう他では手に負えない、またはやりたがらないような
条件をお持ちの方々も沢山いました。
でも、それだけではないような気がします。
細かいことはそれぞれで違いますが
皆さんに共通していることがあるようです。
それは “ 家づくりを愉しみたい!! ” ということ。
そう思っている方々は
私のように建築のことしか知らない“建築バカ”と
「いっしょにやってみるか」という気になるのかもしれません。
そして、もう一つ共通点があるようです。
「任せるところはプロに任せる」という潔さです。
これは実はとても勇気のいることだと思います。
相手を信頼していなければ出来ないことです。
それは私達つくり手としてはとてもやりがいがありますし
それに応えなくてはいけないという責任も感じます。
そういう方々は世間の枠からは外れていると思われることもあるようです。
「あなた、変わってるわね」とか「本当に大丈夫なの?」とか
言われることも多いかもしれません。
でも、私のクライアントはそんなことは全然気にならないようです。
皆さんご自分をきちんともっているようです。
ご自分のことがよく分かっているようです。
だから「俺達って変だよね」とか「私達って普通じゃないよね」などと
おっしゃっているのをよく耳にします。
（別に、ヘンな人しかいないってことではありませんから・・・）
まあ、とにかく『家づくりを愉しみたいと想っている』ということで。
久方ぶりの更新でした。
