断ニュース
断食ならぬ、断ニュース番組をずいぶん続けています。
それでも、インターネットでは勝手にニュースのようなものを
見せられてしまいます。
私が籍を置く業界の厳しい状況も勝手に入って来てしまいます。
もうかなりの数のデベロッパーが退場してしまったようです。
それにつられて、設計・建築関係者が受注に苦労しているようです。
（建築請負業者は、ちょっと脇において）
こうなってみると改めて、
設計事務所というのは 「設計してください」と
依頼者から言われないと仕事にならない商売だと
痛感している人も多いのではないでしょうか。
（まあ、商売かどうかも脇において）
また
いいようにデベロッパーたちに使われたと
思っている人もいるのではないでしょうか。
だからこそ！
いまこそ！
新しい設計事務所の生き方を考えてもいいのではないかと
最近考えています。
ということで
私はまたまた新しいことへと向かっていってしまっているのでした。
