家づくりの真の在り方
昨日、これからはじまる家づくりの
第一回目のプレゼン兼打合せを行いました。
施主ご夫妻がいらっしゃる３０分前に
設計者、施工者そして私で打合せをすることになっておりましたが
設計者がギリギリまで作業していて
結局、予定時刻の１０分前に集合。
それから、
「早くしないとお見えになるよ！」とバタバタとプランについての検討会議。
施工者と私から、設計者に対してコストを配慮して何点かダメだし。
その場で図面修正、模型修正。
そうこうしているうちに、お客様到着。
「ヒャー！」と作業部屋へ設計チーム移動。
その場を取り繕うように
施工者からこれまでの実績の作品集を説明。
作業部屋はまるで紅白の舞台裏のよう。
その場で模型を切り刻み、図面を直し・・・
お待たせいたしました。では、
と、やっと設計者登場。
さあ、プレゼンの開始。
コンセプトの説明からはじまり、具体的なプランの説明。
施主ご夫婦の目が変わっていく！
キラキラと！
この瞬間。 私の一番好きな瞬間。
その後、全員でプランについて意見を出し合う。
住宅ローンなどの問題からプランの仮決定を急がねばならず
その場でプラン修正開始。
模型も再びバリバリと造り直していく。
プレゼンというより、もはや設計中。
と、なんだかんだと３時間。
とりあえず、何とかカタチになりました。
そして今朝、と～ても嬉しいメールを頂きました。
皆様にもその私たちつくり手側の嬉しさと
家づくりの真の在り方、醍醐味をお裾分けします。

皆様、昨日はお疲れさまでした。
楽しかったです。家を作る楽しさをひしひしと感じました。いつか漫画にできるよう、昨日の感動は書き留めておきました。
〇〇さん（施工者）にいただいた写真集ですが、まさかこれが30年前の建築？などと二人で驚き感動しながら、ひとつずつ拝見させていただきました。どの家も素晴らしいです…。
◇◇さん（設計者）のアイデアも、私たちの予想をはるかに上回っていました。収納たっぷりで、舞台は明るく広く、仕事場はしっかり確保できていて、オフロからは外の景色が見えて…。全て希望通りです。コンセプトばっちりです。
こんな本当にセンスの確かなプロフェッショナルの方々と、おうちづくりをさせていただけるんですね…！感謝です。
今まで何年もの間、かっこ悪い家しかパンフレットで見たことがなかったので、家ってださいものなんだ…とあきらめていました。でも、違うんですね。ここまで自分の生活に合わせてデザインできるものなんですね！
こんなに楽しいモノづくりのイベントって、人生で他にないなぁと思っています。これは久しぶりの興奮です。
時間が許せば、朝まで語りたかったです…。

昨日はありがとうございました。
営業マンができ上がった図面を持ってくる、いくつかのプランから選択する、というハウスメーカーやマンションのやり方しか経験してこなかったので、話には聞いていましたが実際に０から考えてそれを少しずつ変えていく...という少し考えてみればモノ作りのごく当たり前のプロセスを見ることができてとても楽しかったです。

これまでここで何度も言っていますが
こんなに嬉しい感想メールを頂けるなんて
なんと幸せなことでしょう。
本当にこの仕事はやめられない。
そして、一人でも多くの方に同じようなよろこびを
