「業種」 で、ちょっと思った
以前からの「･･･業」が完全にかわっている様に思うことがよくある。
もしくは、その「･･･業」のお客様がかわっているのかも知れない。
そして、それぞれの「･･･業」の仕事の内容、役割もかわっている様に思う。
例えば、「不動産業」
たしかに、依然として不動産の売買・賃貸・運用のお手伝いが仕事ではあるが
その存在価値が少し弱く曖昧になっている。
不動産業者の一番の役割は「不動産情報｣を持っていることだった。
しかし、ご存知の通り
最早、情報は誰でもが簡単に手に入るようになった。
もちろん未だに、業者間でしか出回らない情報はあるにはある。
それらは、そもそもが規模が大きかったり、
一個人がどうにかできるものではないモノだけだと思う。
一般消費者と業者の見ている情報に大差がなくなっている。
それでもやはり、
一般消費者は自身の仕事があり、不動産探しだけに時間を裂けない。
だから代わりに業者に頼む。
このことは従来と同じかもしれないが、その重さが違う。
「自分でも出来るけど時間がないし面倒だから代わりにやっておいて」
というのと
「自分では出来ないから代わりにやってください」
とでは
その発言、助言の力が随分と違う。
「家電｣にしても、「薬｣にしても、「金融｣にしても
本気になれば誰でもがプロの知識を表面的には身につけることが出来てしまう。
足りないのは『経験』だけ...
そうか！
その『経験』だけが、業者に求められるのか？
「私はそのことを仕事にしていますので、あなたよりも少し余計に
成功も失敗も経験していますよ」
「私はあなたに、私の経験をもとに助言しますよ」
というのが「･･･業」の役割になっているのかな？
これって、従来も同じだったのかもしれないけど
それがより強くなっているのかも知れないなぁ～
と、ちょっと思った。
