不動産の売却を決意する理由の一つに

『相続』があります。

現在の相続が発生する場合の典型的な事例は

・元々の家族構成：両親＋子供二人
・親が順番に死亡し、二次相続が発生
・子供二人はそれぞれに家を持もっている
・子供二人はそれぞれの家の住宅ローンがまだ残っている
・仕事や学校のことを考えると実家に戻ることは難しい

それは、不動産を売却することが初めてだからだと思います。

相続人全員が納得できる不動産売却をお手伝いしていきます。

具体的にはまず、

不動産売却をどこの不動産会社に依頼するかが大切になります。

相続人のうちの誰か一人の思惑で、どこかの不動産会社に依頼すると

「なんでその会社に頼むか？」
「もしかしたら、もっと高く売れるんじゃないか？」
「もしかしたら、自分の知らないところで何かあるんじゃないか？」

など

猜疑心が出てきてしまうこともあるようです。

ですから、売却を依頼する不動産会社選びを相続人全員で相談しながら
納得のできるように進めていくことをお手伝いします。

『不動産を売る』ということは、実はとてもシンプルです。

買い手の気持ちなって考えればいいだけです。

それでも、立場が違った途端に
妙に複雑に、難しく考えてしまいます。
